REFUND POLICY

Eligibility: Refunds/returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

Non-Returnable: Used items, items without original packaging, or items damaged due to customer mishandling.

Process: Contact us at helsyofficials@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days. Once approved, refund is processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or wrong.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
